This focus led us to include our Licensees’ 1st year of membership in NICA as a benefit of the License Agreement. We also cover the costs of the required courses and the certification exam.”
Taylor is well aware of the value of continuing education. “My years of being in the insurance industry has proven to me the importance of keeping my knowledge up to date. Having this designation will show my clients that I choose to continue to hone my skills so I can provide a professional service.”
In addition to passing the courses, a requirement for certification and membership with NICA is to agree to conduct business according to the established industry Code of Ethics.
