Tennessee Licensee Earns Home Inventory Certification
Lighthouse Inventory Services owner Jenny Cossett achieves home inventory industry designation as a Certified Inventory Specialist.
PRESS RELEASE – Nationwide Inventory Professionals congratulations Licensee Jenny Cossett, owner of Lighthouse Inventory Services, has earned the designation of Certified Inventory Specialist (CIS) through the home inventory industry association.
There is a surge of awareness from ancillary industries as this industry grows. Insurance agents are encouraging policyholders to have a home or business inventory. Estate attorneys refer inventory professionals to their executor clients to complete the emotional estate inventory task. Accountants recommend this important documentation to their business clients.
A benefit that Licensees value is that the cost of required courses and the certification exam, plus their first year of membership, are covered by Nationwide Inventory Professionals. In addition to passing the courses, a requirement for certification and membership with NICA is to agree to conduct business according to the established industry Code of Ethics.
Founder of Nationwide Inventory Professionals, Mike Hartman stated, “Jenny’s experience as an insurance adjuster gives her great insight into the home inventory industry. This experience also strengthens her desire for industry credentials, since this is common and required as an insurance adjuster.”
“Knowing the value and cost involved in achieving continuing education, I value the benefit of having these courses covered, as well as my first-year membership in NICA. Just one of many benefits of being a Licensee of Nationwide Inventory Professionals,” Cossett said.
